This 349 bedroom development occupies the site of the former Martyrs Church, opposite the new City of Glasgow College building.
The scheme is subdivided into two distinct blocks of varying height flanking a colonnaded shared access space with a ‘tower’ element emphasising the corner.
In addition to quality student accommodation provision, the scheme includes ground floor amenity spaces and a central landscaped courtyard. The primary elevations are classically proportioned and detailed with a pre-cast concrete grid with setback brick infill panels.
