Lismore House, George Street sits in the heart of Edinburgh’s New Town Conservation Area and UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The office building was converted into a design-led aparthotel where we worked closely with the New York based interior designer, Grzywinski+Pons, to deliver the 72 bed scheme in the Category B listed building.
The original façade was retained and the works included restoration of the classical architecture features to this façade. The original internal building features were complemented by a high quality interior fit out with the front of house area being occupied by a café and bespoke apartment rooms to the floors above.
