73-75 George Street involves a thoughtful conversion of unoccupied office space into 24 luxury serviced apartments. This transformation respects the rich architectural context of Edinburgh's New Town while introducing a modern touch. The existing 1970s façade will be replaced with a more refined and ordered design, aligning the fenestration to better complement the surrounding buildings. The addition of a new, habitable fifth floor and external terraces maximises space and offers stunning views across both the New and Old Towns of Edinburgh.
Our vision for this project is to carefully re-purpose the upper floors into a premium, self-contained living experience. With modernised plant and rationalised roof spaces, we are able to create a contemporary, light-filled environment while maintaining the building’s connection to its historic setting. This approach ensures that the development blends seamlessly into the iconic streetscape of George Street, reinforcing the area’s distinctive character.
The serviced apartments are designed to offer an elevated, independent lifestyle for guests. The property offers guests the luxury of choice, whether they are enjoying breakfast at their leisure or exploring the world-class dining options nearby, all while experiencing unmatched views of the city’s skyline and the Firth of Forth.
