SPI Headquarters in Edinburgh

Redevelopment of Scottish Provident’s headquarters building in Edinburgh’s New Town at 3, 4-6 St Andrew Square.  The project involved four built phases totalling 85,000ft² of new build and 70,000ft² of refurbished offices.

Phase 1 involved façade retention of a Grade A Listed building with new build offices behind with a new internal atrium positioned to distribute natural daylighting into the heart of the new office floor plates.

Phases 2-4 comprised of the detailed refurbishment of the existing office space and a new restaurant.
