Mixed use development comprising a 401 bed student accommodation block with retail/commercial units. Located in close proximity to a number of University and college buildings within Glasgow’s city centre.

The student residences will incorporate a mix of studios and clusters flats. The development will include a management suite, a variety of social lounge spaces, a laundry, gym, external landscaped garden and public realm external works, creating an active frontage.

The active frontage to Kyle street reinforces urban design aspirations within Glasgow City Council to create a strong urban fabric linking the area back to the city centre, with a protected courtyard providing links through the development.
