the past three years, our architect practice has completed the award-winning
major building development at Princes House in Glasgow for Teesland (£5.5
million), the latest phase of Scottish Provident's refurbishment of their
head office building in St. Andrew Square in Edinburgh (£5 million),
the re-imaging and extension of the Edinburgh Posthouse Hotel for Forte
(UK) Ltd (£11 million), the new community and sports centre building
and squash courts for Edinburgh Academy, the Bell's Cherrybank Centre
office building and heritage centre for United Distillers and Vintners
in Perth, the renewal and re-imaging of the Badenoch Hotel in Aviemore
for Hilton and the conversion of the George Street Bank of Scotland banking
hall and offices to retail units and a major office business centre.
Ongoing projects include the £25 million redevelopment of the Aviemore Centre for Aviemore Mountain Resort, the Scottish National Hockey Centre at Peffermill for Edinburgh University, a sports centre for the Southside and Old Town Community Association and a new hotel for Macdonald Hotels at Cardrona.
