Glenbervie - South Courtyard Housing

The proposed development of 75 executive houses forming part of the Glenbervie estate master plan.  Derived from the historic precedents of the walled garden and steadings traditionally found in country estates, a series of three stone walled gardens form the basis of this contemporary design, which offers a unique modern solution to housing in the countryside.  The use of landscape devices such as ha-has will further minimise the visual impact of the housing on the landscape.
