Master Plan for Conon Bridge

Redevelopment of the redundant former fish processing factory in Conon Bridge.  The new master plan proposals for the south bank of the River Conon include three new riverside mill buildings accommodating 18 new three and four bedroom apartments with external balconies, terraces and secure private parking at basement level, 15 new detached three to five bedroom houses, 26 new two to three bedroom low income houses, a new riverside walk with associated landscaping and a new integrated care home/local community facility.
