Aviemore - Phase 3

Mixed use proposals for the provision of new retail pavilions, offices and housing to the east and west of the Resort’s lands, a new covered walkway system linking around the central car park, an additional 20 plus lodges, new hotel accommodation to the Four Seasons and Highlands hotels, a new retail building on the site of the former Red MacGregor Hotel and three new buildings to provide 2,500m² of new office space for National Park offices and associated new businesses.
